Harold
Regan
In addition to his major responsibilities in Human Resources and the management of the Company's manufacturing department, he has directed various projects involving business development, editorial and computer services operations. Prior to joining H.W. Wilson, Mr. Regan was Director of Personnel and Labor Relations at Rheingold Breweries, Inc. He is a graduate of St. John's University from which he received the B.B.A. Following US Army service in Vietnam he enrolled in the graduate business program at Long Island University and received the M.B.A. in Labor Relations Law. H.W. Wilson, founded in 1898 and located in the Bronx since 1917, is a leading publisher of reference materials and databases primarily for the library market. Readers' Guide to Periodical Literature, introduced in 1901, quickly became a classic in the field and continues to be a primary reference tool today. The company's other indexing and abstracting publications and reference materials are relied on worldwide. |

Mark Gauthier was appointed Vice President, Indexing and Editorial Services in December 2006. He joined the Company in 1988 as an indexer for Library Literature. He was editor of Readers’ Guide to Periodical Literature before becoming Director of Indexing Services in 2001. He had been appointed Director of Indexing and Editorial Services in February 2006. Mr. Gauthier manages the editorial and production operations of ten periodical indexes, the Wilson retrospective databases, full text services, and Current Biography. He also oversees Wilson’s name and subject authority files. In addition, he coordinates the editorial studies conducted by the American Library Association’s Committee on Wilson Indexes. Mr. Gauthier earned the B.A. in French from the University of Vermont and the M.S.L.S. from Catholic University of America. He is also enrolled in the M.B.A. program in Operations Management at Baruch College, City University of New York. He is a member of the American Library Association and the American Society for Information Science & Technology. |

Michael Heelan was appointed Associate Director of Abstracting Services when the Company established its Dublin, Ireland office in 1993. He manages the editorial and production operations of eight abstracting databases and one indexing database. He was appointed Director of Abstracting Services in 2003. Mr. Heelan holds a B.A. degree in Politics and Economics from
University College Dublin (UCD), and a Diploma in Library and Information
Science also from UCD. |

Deborah Voigt Loeding was appointed Vice President, Sales & Marketing, in June 2000 and was elected to the Board of Directors of the Company in August 2001. Before her present position, Ms. Loeding served as Vice President of Product Management and Director of Library Relations. She joined the Wilson Company in 1984. Ms. Loeding has worked as a librarian in college, public, and special libraries: Kanawha County Public Library, Charleston, WV; The Champaign News Gazette, Champaign, Illinois; and The University of Illinois Libraries, Urbana, Illinois. From the University of Illinois, Urbana she holds the following degrees: M.L.S. (1978), M.A. in German language and literature (1976), B.A. in German language (teaching degree, 1974); she studied in Baden, Austria at the Paedagogische Akademie and the University of Vienna. She is a former German language instructor. Professional organizations: American Library Association (LITA, ACRL, CODES-RASD, LAMA Divisions), Information Futures Institute. |

Joseph Miller was appointed Vice President, Cataloging and General Reference in December 2006. He began his career with the company in 1989, serving as a cataloger in Book Review Digest and most recently as Director of Cataloging Services. He is also the editor of the Sears List of Subject Headings. He was appointed Director of Cataloging and General Reference in February 2006. He is responsible for Book Review Digest, Bibliographic Index, General Reference (which includes the Reference Shelf series and various monograph reference works), and the Standard Catalogs department (which includes the five Standard Catalogs, Essay and General Literature Index, Short Story Index, and Play Index). Mr. Miller holds the following degrees: B.A. in English (Carroll College); M.A. and Ph.D. in English (Princeton University); and M.L.S. (State University of New York at Albany). He is a member of the American Library Association (ALCTS). |

John O'Connor was appointed Vice-President, Personnel Administration, Maintenance, and Security. Mr. O'Connor joined H.W. Wilson in 2000, and formerly served as Assistant to the President. He holds a BBA in accounting from St. John's University. Mr. O'Connor has extensive experience in auditing, financial analysis, administration, and sales. |

Lucian A. Parziale, Vice President of Information Systems, joined
the H.W. Wilson staff in November 1990 and was elected to the Board of
Directors of the Company in 1998. Mr. Parziale oversees technology and
software development, production processing, H.W. Wilson's website, and
the development of documentation. In addition, he is responsible for the
software development of WIN, the Company's new editorial system, and
WilsonWeb, the Company's subscription web service. |

James F. Phelan, CPA, joined the H.W. Wilson staff in December 1989 as Controller, was appointed Vice President in 1996, and was elected to the Company's Board of Directors in 1998. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York Society of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a B.B.A. and M.S. in accounting from The University of Massachusetts at Amherst. Mr. Phelan also served as a board member of the Bronx Overall Economic Development Corporation and All Hallows High School in the Bronx. |
